Small VI for Lounge & Lyrics

I was asked by the good Andreas behind Lounge & Lyrics if I could help out with a small visual identity for his new initiative ‘Lounge & Lyrics’.
I made this style from some toned down colours, two types of typefaces and some images to catch a mood.
We went in another direction, due to specific wishes, and therefore this is mirroring parts of the process and not the end result.
